Each pen has an inside house which is accessible by a ladder or a cat flap. In the inside is where we put their bed. In the colder months, each cat pen has its own heat pad to keep your cat warm. Outside they have food and water bowls along with any toys/small scratch posts. They have a shelf use and we also put their litter trays outside. The litter trays are provided, and we use a wood based cat litter.
We clean the cat pens out every day including changing the litter trays to keep up with our high standards of cleaning / hygiene. While cleaning the cat pen, the cats individually, can come out and roam along the secure and enclosed outdoor corridor. If your cat does not want to come out of the cat pen, we will not force them.
Your cat will be insured during their stay with us. Veterinary fees for new and pre-existing conditions may be incurred on behalf of the owner, at the manager’s discretion.
