    Dear valued customers
    We have survived covid lockdown by the skin of our teeth and
    it’s great to welcome some of you back again!
    In these uncertain times we have had to make staff sacrifices

    and therefore can only accept pets dropped off and collected
    Mon-sun 9.30 – 12.30 from now on.
    In extreme circumstances we will try to assist with times
    outside of these hours agreed only by individual arrangement.

    We would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone for

    their cooperation through these uncertain times.
